3, Advantages
Tiaditional kiln production way is mainly applied cycloid gearbox + sprocket chain or helical gear + sprocket chain. But sprocket & chain are easy to wear out , wear off, and even short service life. Since the equipment space is small, which is difficult to maintenance and easy to have oil leakage which cause pollution of the environment.
While this inline mounted geared motor for kiln machine with closed hardened-tooth gear drive, is easy to assemble & disassemble, long service life and low maintenance cost. It directly mounts with the work machine shaft, eliminate the sprocket and chain, make the structure simple and reliable.

The geared motor has been filled with lubricants after delivery. Lubricants Specification is VG 220 middle extreme pressure industrial gear oil. Before installation, please check in case of any oil leakage in transit . The first oil change time is 300 hours after working, and next oil change time to work for 3000 hours . (It should shorten the period of change time according to the situation like harsh working condition).
Notes: lubricants with different brands or different specification can not be mixed for using.
